I. General Declaration

Dear customers and partners, The Gamania CloudForce cloud services are provided by Gamania CloudForce Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Gamania CloudForce" or "the Company"). The Company respects and is committed to protect your personal privacy. To help you understand how the Company collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide, please read this Privacy Policy carefully. This document outlines the types of data collected by the Services, how such data is used, and the Company's privacy protection practices. Given the nature of the Internet, you agree that the collection, use, and protection of your data shall be governed by the Privacy Policy as published on the Company's website.

Your continued use of the Company's information services following any modification or change to this Policy shall be deemed to constitute your acknowledgment, understanding, and agreement to be bound by such modification or change.

If you are under the age of twenty, in addition to your own compliance with this Policy, your parent (or legal guardian) must also read, understand, and agree to all provisions of this Policy before you may use or continue to use the Company's information services. If you continue to use the Company's information services following any modification or change to this Policy, such continued use shall be deemed to constitute that your parent (or legal guardian) has also read, understood, and agreed to the modified or amended Policy.

II. Personal Data Protection and Collection Notification

For the performance of contractual obligations with you and the provision of related services, the Company, within its operating territories, may lawfully collect, process, and use your personal data for specific and reasonable purposes, including but not limited to the following:

  • Marketing
  • Consumer and client management and services
  • Legitimate business transactions involving personal data
  • Consumer protection
  • Surveys, statistics, and research analysis
  • IT and information services
  • IT and database management
  • Information security management
  • Membership management

Such personal data may include, but is not limited to, the name of the customer (or their representative), other information or documents sufficient to identify an individual, and email addresses, for the purposes of enabling the Company to provide after-sales services, value-added services, promotional offers, marketing and event information, or to conduct market research.

Where required for business operations, the same shall apply to service providers commissioned by the Company, and the Company will provide separate notice when such entrustment occurs.

You are free to choose whether to provide your personal data; however, if the information provided is insufficient or inaccurate, the Company may be unable to approve your application or provide complete services.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations, you may request the exercise of the following rights with respect to your personal data: the right to make inquiries or request access, the right to request copies, the right to supplement or correct personal data, the right to request the cessation of the collection, processing, or use of personal data, and the right to request deletion.

To exercise the foregoing rights, the data subject must personally complete the "Data Subject Rights Exercise Application Form" and submit the application to the Company together with valid identification documents. Where the application is submitted through an authorized representative, a power of attorney must be provided, along with the identification documents of the data subject for verification.

If the application does not comply with the above requirements, the Company may request the applicant to provide additional information as necessary for processing.

The Company will continue to use the personal data you provide until you request the cessation of such use or until the Company terminates the provision of the Services, whichever occurs first.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Company collects, processes, and uses the personal data you submit or store on this website and ensures that such data is properly safeguarded. Unless with your prior consent or as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, the Company shall not disclose your personal data to any third party.

III. Registration, Modification, and Confidentiality of User Data

The User shall provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal data. Should there be any subsequent changes to the registered data, the User shall update such information online at any time in accordance with the Company's regulations. If the personal data provided is false, or if the previously registered data is no longer accurate and has not been updated, or if the provided personal data violates or undermines the Company's service purposes or risks misleading others, the Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate the User's access to any or all of the cloud storage services at any time.

If the personal data provided by the User involves duplication, intentional impersonation of others, violation of public order or good morals, or risks infringing upon another's right to a name, company name, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or risks causing public misunderstanding, or is suspected of violating other laws and regulations, or undermines the Company's service purposes, the Company reserves the right to reject the registration, demand a subsequent modification, or revoke the User's eligibility. The User shall be solely responsible for all civil and criminal legal liabilities arising therefrom.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable laws and regulations, you may request the exercise of the following rights with respect to your personal data: the right to make inquiries or request access, the right to request copies, the right to supplement or correct personal data, the right to request the cessation of the collection, processing, or use of personal data, and the right to request deletion.

If you wish to exercise the aforementioned rights, please submit a request personally or through an agent via one of the following methods:

  • (1) Application via Email: Please contact our Personal Data Service Desk (DPO@cloudforce.gamania.com) and submit a completed "Data Subject Rights Exercise Application Form."
  • (2) Application via Mail: Please complete the "Data Subject Rights Exercise Application Form" and mail it to: Personal Data Rights Desk, Gamania CloudForce, 111 Ruihu Street, Neihu District, Taipei City 114, Taiwan.

Application Notes:

  • (1) Minors (under the age of 20): The application shall be submitted by the User's legal guardian on the User's behalf. At the time of application, the legal guardian shall present the original national identification card and official documentation sufficient to prove legal guardianship (e.g., a complete household registration record issued within the past two months or guardianship registration documents issued by the household registration authority). Alternatively, copies or scanned files of the aforementioned documents may be submitted together with the application form via email to DPO@cloudforce.gamania.com.
  • (2) Adults (age 20 or above) acting through an agent: Where an adult appoints an agent to submit the application, an original Power of Attorney shall be provided and submitted in person or by mail at the time the agent files the application form.
  • (3) The applicant shall complete the application form truthfully, and the content of the application must be clear and specific. No alterations are permitted on the application form; any necessary corrections must be initialed/signed at the site of the alteration, or a new application form must be completed.
  • (4) Upon receipt of the application form and all required documentation, the Company will conduct identity verification. Your cooperation is appreciated. The Company reserves the right to decline applications under any of the following circumstances:
    • The application form is incomplete, illegible, or contains alterations without the applicant's signature/initials; or the legal guardian/agent fails to provide the required documents as specified in points (1) and (2) and fails to rectify the deficiency within the specified period after notification.
    • The application is submitted by telephone and the applicant fails to respond to or confirm the details by email within the prescribed period.
    • The content of the application or the response does not match the Company's search results, and the Data Subject's identity cannot be verified through in-person, telephone, or email inquiry.
    • The request falls under the provisos of Article 10, Article 11, Paragraph 2, or Paragraph 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, or is otherwise inconsistent with legal regulations.
  • (5) From the date on which the Company has duly received the application form together with all required supporting documents or powers of attorney, the application shall be processed in accordance with the following timeframes:
    • Requests for inquiries, access, or copies: The Company shall respond within fifteen (15) days. Where necessary, the period may be extended by an additional fifteen (15) days.
    • Requests for supplementation or correction, cessation of collection, processing, or use, or deletion: The Company shall respond within thirty (30) days. Where necessary, the period may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days.
  • (6) Requests for access shall be handled in person at the Company's premises. For physical records, the original documents shall be made available for inspection; for electronic files or system data, printouts of the electronic files or screenshots of the system interface shall be provided for inspection.

IV. Self-Protection Measures

Please safeguard your password and any personal data and do not disclose any personal information, especially passwords, to anyone. Upon completing activities such as shopping or accessing emails, ensure that you log out of your account. If you are sharing a computer with others or using a public computer, remember to close the browser window to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data or correspondence.
